This website is operated by ALTAGLOBALCORP LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at a limited liability company. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Silk is a natural fibre; slight variation in tone, weave and hand feel between production runs is normal and is not a defect. We photograph our garments as faithfully as possible, though colours may render differently across screens. All items are subject to availability and we may limit quantities per customer.

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or description has been published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Exchanges & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, the ALTAGLOBALCORP name and logo — is owned by or licensed to ALTAGLOBALCORP LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract data by automated means without our consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTAGLOBALCORP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
