How do your sizes run? Our pieces run true to US sizing. Bias-cut dresses skim the body; if you prefer a looser drape, take the next size up. Full measurements are in our Size Guide.

What if a size sells out? Sale pieces are not restocked. Core pieces return roughly every eight weeks — email us and we will let you know when your size is back.

Can I change my order? Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Write to contact@altaglobalcorp.store with your order number.

Do I need an account? No. You can check out as a guest, though an account lets you follow your order history.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider; we never store card details.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a pH-neutral silk detergent. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight and press on the reverse with a cool iron.
