Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our US fulfilment partner. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Duties and taxes
US sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost.
Addresses and lost parcels
Please check your address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a tracked parcel has not moved for 7 business days, or arrives damaged, email contact@altaglobalcorp.store within 14 days of dispatch and we will open a claim with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
